Colorful Studio Bridal Photos in Fayetteville
My fave thing about photography? Creating photographs! And today? I’ve got a colorful studio bridal shoot for you!
The past few years, I’ve been working like a boss (or at least my own boss, lol) to take on different locations + setups that seem really different and then blend them into my own aesthetic: super colorful, really unique, and totally nostalgic, too. When you’ve been shooting for a long time, it’s easy to get a little complacent + repetitive but, as a photographer of 15 years, I’m honestly just thrilled that creating rad + unique images is something I get to do, like, whenever I want. It’s amazing and something I don’t think I’ll ever take for granted. Like, shooting is just a total blast.
And when you have an aesthetic? You can bring all kinds of ideas into that vibe! As a colorful wedding (and everything!) photographer, I absolutely loved creating colorful studio bridal photos on a dark winter night with Ashley. Everything about it was a freaking blast! Even when my kids crashed it!
Creating a Colorful Vibe on a Dark Winter Night
This entire bridal session was lit with flash and off camera video lights to create a really moody, almost pulp-ish vibe. The super pink flowers, the dark + vivid green sheet, the hanging roses, the prisms, and the super extra backdrop all contributed to this overall feel. These colorful studio bridals are so nostalgic + also totally modern and I’m obsessed with them. And that cute vase? I’m obsessed with that, too!
Huge shoutout to Ashley for being up for this shoot! It was a blast!
