I have been sitting on this session for WEEKS and, today, I’m so thrilled to share these images!
My 2016 Senior Models are all grown up and graduated and, to celebrate this, we headed to St. Catherine’s at Bell Gable in late May. I brought a ton of flowers, the girls brought their prom dresses, St. Catherine’s brought ivy and mini horses and a canoe and, together, we made some serious magic. I hope you’re ready to be wowed by my girls! They killed this session!!
^^^ I had so much fun creating the flower backdrop above. This is the largest scale flower backdrop I’ve ever made – the flowers are from Sam’s Club and The Farmer’s Market! – and it was such a blast to shoot. I’m so happy with the above photographs! ^^^
Just like at her Senior Session, Chloe totally charmed the Mini Horses at St. Catherine’s and she also reassured me that standing near the horses would not put my life in danger (ha!). And even better? If you look closely, you’ll see that Chloe braided the hair of one of the white horses. It was adorable.
St. Catherine’s is so dreamy in the spring! I love it!!
We ended the session by photographing each girl in a canoe provided by St. Catherine’s. These photographs turned out so dreamy and cheerful and the canoe shots are some of my very favorite. Way to be so much fun to photograph, Emily, Taylor, Yajaira, Chloe, Kathryn, and Rylee!
And also! A HUGE shoutout to Annalee for helping this session come together. Annalee helped me build the backdrop, transport the backdrop (which is way harder than it sounds!), helped me put the backdrop back together at St. Catherine’s and then assisted me during the session as well. She is such a rockstar and I was so lucky to have her help at this shoot!
