Wonderful! I’ve got the coziest (and cutest!) senior photographs for you! Karissa’s senior photographs – held at The Tulsa Botanical Garden and Woodward Park – were so much fun to create. I can’t get enough of the blue skies, the early fall tones creeping through the grass, and Karissa’s seriously stellar dresses. We channeled a lot of nineties vibes in this shoot (her last outfit looked straight out of a Delia’s magazine!) and I just freaking love them.

A few other things I love about these photos? The water, the light leaks, and all the flowers. I’m writing this post sitting at the library with my friend Kristen Herrington and we just had the most fun chat about how we are both loving sun on faces right now. Not, like, a ton of sun but enough that the light just wraps around a little extra. Y’all know I love light – I could talk about it all day, every day! – and embracing a little bit more light on a cheek or by an eye has just been so much fun to do this past summer. The extra light just makes everything more ethereal!
Not sure what I mean? The right photo above is one of my all time fave senior photographs in Tulsa – or anywhere! That little extra light on her cheek is just cozy and vibey and I adore it. It’s like a hug! So excited to share these photographs with you! Karissa and I had an absolute blast and talked about everything from Gilmore Girls (sorry not sorry but we are both Logan girls) to books and everything in between. It was the best!
