Earlier today, I sent Chris and Joanne the photographs of their super beautiful fall wedding in Glastonbury, Connecticut. This wedding was so fun from beginning to end! Chris and Joanne love their friends and family a crazy amount, their loved ones all arrived ready to party, and Andrew and I so loved celebrating their wedding day with them. It was so fun and I am so thrilled with the photographs. I absolutely love ’em!
Speaking of love? Here’s three things I loved about Chris and Joanne’s wedding day!
One: The First Look Letters
I love a heartfelt first look – who doesn’t?! – but I love them a little more when they start with the couple reading letters and end with the couple exchanging gifts. Chris and Joanne have so much love for each other and it was so fun to see this reflected in their notes, their gifts, and, most of all, their actions! So sweet!
Two: The LEAVES!!
GUYS! This was my very first time in Connecticut and the trees and leaves and fall did not disappoint. 10/10 would recommenced visiting the Northeast in the fall. The color was so incredible and fun!
Three: The Awesome Party of a Reception
Andrew and I like to joke that wild wedding receptions are our favorites. Give us all the crazy dance moves, all the loud belting of “Sweet Caroline”, and all the ridiculously happy people laughing their cheeks off. Weddings are a total celebration and we love it when people bring their A game to the party! Chris and Joanne’s dance floor was full to the brim all night long and – you guessed it! – I so adored every moment!
Chris and Joanne, we love you and we loved photographing your wedding! You’re the bee’s knees and we can’t even thank you enough for having us as your wedding photographers. CONGRATS!!
