When Maddie of Sonnet Weddings emailed me and asked me if I’d like to shoot a styled wedding shoot with her at The Ballroom at I Street, you best believe that my answer was YES! Maddie is such a genuine, fun, and creative soul and I knew that she would put together a stellar shoot.
And y’all?! She did not disappoint!! This shoot was magic!
My favorite things about Maddie is this: She thinks outside the box.
I first met Maddie at Arsaga’s and, right from the start, I knew that we were going to get along great. Maddie is a total breath of fresh air – she’s both super laid back and super driven (a combination I LOVE in a friend / fellow wedding vendor!) – super creative, super open for collaborative thinking, and just an amazing person to sit down, talk, and brainstorm with. This shoot 100% came together because of Maddie and I love that I got to shoot this for her! She’s awesome and, if you’re getting married in Northwest Arkansas and are looking for a planner, you need to check her out! Love her!!
Y’all! When I first saw this bouquet by Fleurish NWA, my jaw totally dropped. Today, I’m lucky enough to call Hannah an awesome friend (nothing bonds two people like lots of styled shoots + sewing flowers onto a veil at seven in the morning!) but this shoot was the very first time I met Hannah and also the very first time I’d seen her work in person. Girl is CRAZY talented and this bouquet still makes my heart stop. Way to find this gem of a lady, Maddie!! Y’all are both incredible!
