My favorite thing about photography products is this: They range from super traditional (who doesn’t love a good 5×7 print?) to super creative and super unique. And Fracture’s glass prints?
They are STUNNING!
I first saw Fracture’s products at Click Away last month and, when I did so, I couldn’t get over them and stopped by their booth, like, three times. I love light so much and, while light translates gorgeously on any type of photography product, something about the combination of light and glass takes these prints to the next level. They’re lovely and the overall feel of the photographs is magic!
After chatting with Fracture about product sizes, I ended up ordering several desk size photographs from them – specifically two 4×6 photos and a 5×7 – and then two larger pieces. I then debated forever about the photographs I wanted printed on glass – Anna and Jimmy’s nighttime wedding portrait was a no-brainer and Beth’s beach photo was as well! – because I really wanted to see variety in types of image (colors, time of day, etc.) and how they would display on glass. And y’all? They turned out so good!!
First! The packaging on these products is so tight. I was a little wary about ordering glass products online and having them mishandled but the packaging was so secure!
Second! The photographs!! They were awesome.
I’m not going to lie: These glass prints feel luxurious. The glass adds such a magical element to the photographs, the prints are a good weight – not too heavy and not too light, either – and the packaging is so simple and efficient and safe. Each Fracture print comes ready to display in a protective flat. There’s even a screw included so that you don’t have to go looking for the right nail to hang the products on! All prints come with this and, if you opt for a smaller size print, you can also add on a stand when ordering the print (and it’s only like three bucks!). I’d seen all of this at Click Away but seeing it in my office with my photographs – some super dark and some super light – was a totally different experience and I was just super impressed by the ease of the packaging and how every single photograph translated so beautifully onto the glass.
