I’m so excited to share Megan and Cody’s wedding with y’all today!
Megan and Cody were married at Hazel Valley Ranch in Fayetteville, Arkansas last month and their wedding was one for the books. Their wedding was so full of love, so full of fun, and so full of Fourth of July festivities (their fireworks show was amazing!). The morning of Megan and Cody’s wedding, I woke up to the craziest thunderstorm of my life and, by the time of their wedding, the skies cleared, the clouds parted, and we were left with the most amazing light and color and magic. These two had the perfect wedding day and I’m so glad I got to be a tiny part of it!

Megan was a dream bride. She totally walked across a log – in her wedding dress minutes before her wedding ceremony! – for the photographs below and I’m obsessed with the results of her bravery. And full disclosure? I slipped in mud while taking said photographs. Luckily, Andrew was standing nearby and grabbed me by the arm before I fell straight in the water so, basically, he saved my life – and Megan’s wedding photographs, too! He is awesome.

After photographs, it was time for dinner and toasts and dancing. Megan and Cody had such a fun reception – fireworks included! – and their guests had the most amazing time. The fireworks show was such a perfect touch to the reception and they made the entire night magic. Thanks so much for having me as your wedding photographer, Megan and Cody! Your wedding was beautiful!
