Lauren and JK – one of the happiest couples I have ever met in my entire life – married one another at the Barn at the Springs in the middle of July. The grass was super green. The sky was super blue. The sunset was super golden. The dance floor was full of energy and the ceremony was so full of love. Their wedding was a dream. I’m so thrilled for these two awesome (and beautiful!) people to be married and I’m also so excited to share a few highlights of their day with y’all.

But first! I need to take a moment and post a photograph of Lauren’s shoes. #allthehearteyes

They’re adorable right?! And now! Here’s three things I loved about Lauren and JK’s wedding!

One: That Lauren’s friend was her florist.

Or, more specifically, that Lauren’s friend was her florist and, right before the ceremony, I walked into the back room of the Barn at the Springs and found them taking this picture for Instagram. How adorable are they?!

Two: That Lauren and JK’s ceremony totally reflected them.

From the songs they chose for their walks down the aisle to the fact that they stepped away from the crowd and prayed with one another right after they were married, Lauren and JK’s wedding reflected them in every way. It was beautiful!

Three: That everyone at Lauren and JK’s wedding was SO excited for them.

Lauren and JK were surrounded by so many loving friends and family on their wedding day. Lauren glowed the entire day. The bridesmaids laughed (and cried!) the entire day. JK couldn’t stop smiling the entire day. In a nutshell, Lauren and JK’s family and friends laughed and cried and danced and partied from the time they arrived at the wedding to the moment JK and Lauren ran through a sparkler exit and drove away. Their wedding was a total celebration and it was lovely to see the love these newlyweds share – and also to see the love that everyone else has for them, too.
