So, remember that crazy snow storm that shut Fayetteville down for a week?
Well! My photographer friend Lauren and I went out in it and shot this little beauty! (Sidenote: Fellow photographers, you NEED a close photographer friend!) Emma was the sweetest and she and her mom drove all the way from Farmington for this session. Normally, that drive isn’t too crazy, but it was definitely crazy in the snow! I only had to drive about five miles down the road and my husband still drove me- and I lived in Utah for five years and Kansas City for ten! This session was absolutely gorgeous and so much fun to put together. Lauren and I bought most of Emma’s outfit the night before the snowstorm and it was so much fun to see it all come together in the freezing cold. And, really, it was freezing- so freezing I jumped in the car after, nearly cried when the feeling in my toes came back (it hurt!), and then stayed holed up in my heated apartment for the next four days.
And these photographs? They were totally worth it! Here is Emma!
(Also pictured: Her AMAZING hair and ridiculously cute smile. This girl is gorgeous, y’all!)
